Terms of service

-Readings will be fulfilled via video call, audio call, or in-person.

-Refunds will not be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to service.* 

-If you need to reschedule your reading, please send notice no less than 2 hours before appointment.*

-Not every client/reader is a match. If the reading is not resonating with you or meeting your expectations, please notify me as soon as possible so that we can discuss any possible blocks, misunderstandings, etc., and decide together whether or not to continue the reading. No refunds will be given after half of the appointment time has passed.

-All readings are private and confidential.

*All situations will be reviewed on an individual basis.
